These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any engagement of Monarch Aeromarine Atelier (“Monarch,” “we,” “us”). By requesting an inspection, booking a service, or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Monarch is a preservation atelier providing marine and aviation appearance and surface preservation. We are not a volume wash or repair service. Service descriptions on this site are indicative; the appropriate level for any craft is confirmed by inspection.

For most services, an inspection confirms the correct level and a clear investment before any work begins. Correction, restoration, and wet-sanding require an in-person assessment. No work commences until the scope and pricing are agreed.

All prices are in Canadian dollars and are indicative until confirmed by inspection. Quoted figures may reference per-foot rates and minimums and exclude applicable taxes. Final pricing reflects the agreed scope, the condition of the craft, access, and materials.

Bookings are scheduled by arrangement and may require a deposit. We ask for reasonable notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Deposits for inspected and scheduled correction or restoration work may be non-refundable where materials or time have already been committed.

You confirm that you own the craft or are authorised to commission work on it, that the information you provide is accurate, and that safe, lawful access is available. Hazardous conditions must be disclosed in advance.

We apply the least aggressive method that safely achieves the result, and will advise honestly where a surface cannot safely deliver what is requested. We make no cosmetic promise beyond what the material can safely provide; any defects that remain are recorded in your condition report.

Protection systems are applied according to the material and exposure, with the required cure times. Coating performance depends on correct aftercare; we provide care guidance. Any durability indications are estimates and are not a warranty beyond that of the product manufacturer.

Monarch is not liable for pre-existing damage, latent defects, or deterioration not caused by our work. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Every service is documented with before-and-after photography and a written condition record for your benefit. We may use anonymised imagery of completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes; you may opt out by written request. Identifying details are not published without consent.

This website, its content, the Monarch name and marks, and our condition-report formats remain our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Services are provided across the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding Ontario; aviation preservation is available by consultation. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site or our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
